I'm having issues with the hyper-plasma torp "dry firing", meaning that it acts as though it has fired but it actually doesn't. This happens with the launcher on auto fire, when I turn to bring the weapon into its firing arc. When its out of its firing arc the launcher shows as being fully reloaded. Then as it comes into arc, it will show the animation for activating/launching and begin the normal reload timer, except no projectiles are produced. Also, if I prepare the launcher with High Yield ability, the High Yield charge is not used up by this dry firing. The weapon will resume working normally after its reload time has finished.

Bit annoying.
