***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members

I got 33,600 Romulan Reputation points, did the 15 minute Tier 3 upgrade. chose a passive ability but the accolade "Romulan Star Empire (Tier 3)" did not complete. I have changed instances as well as logged in and out, but still does not complete.

Edit: Don't know if this will help, but apparently you can do the mission at the Crater even with this accolade glitch.

Edit #2: Accolade DID tick off after successful completion of the mission at Paehhos.
Federation - Human Engineer - Vice Admiral - 16655 accolade points
KDF - Liberated Borg Klingon Tactical - Lt. General - 14950 accolade points
