A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I was on New Romulus and did the Radiation Scan tutorial. Then I did the daily staging ground mission before I thought I'd hope over to do some D mining since I haven't done it since it came out; the bonus time was up so I thought, what the heck, why not.
The problem that happened was that the D mine scan was the icons for that, but it was moving like it was the Radiation Scan; down.
Long story short; don't rad scan if you intend to D mine after.
Sorry if this has already been brought up in the Bug forum.
I'll see if it corrected itself; I logged out to post this after two attempts at D mining.
EDIT: It did correct itself after logging out and back in.

I had the exact same experience. Scanning radiation on New Romulus breaks the dilithium mining mini game.
