"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
twice tonight i lost my marks as STO dropped out or crashed
with 10-15 seconds left in an stf
salt vampires and elite infec space
60marks gone!
any plans to address this??????
why can't i come back and pick up my marks?????
they should be sitting waiting like everyone elses
becuase i missed 30 seconds of a 20 mins run i get nothing!!!!!!

I wish I could say that that's an uncommon experience. I've had it happen to me on several occasions, and I know many others have as well. I find that it occurs most often when I'm connected to the chat server via pidgin at the same time. However sometimes it seems to happen for no good reason at all.
