hi i was woundering if anyone else has this i have 3 blue of them on active duty 6- science team cooldown yet it only goes to 12 then jumps back to 16 seconds its a decrease in time but not the 18 seconds i was expecting does anyone else have this and what is the timer for 3 purple ones on duty reduced too? thank you for any replys.

That is because the system cooldown- sometimes called a shared cooldown or a global cooldown- cannot be reduced by any means.

In this case, Science Team normally has a 30 second CD and the Team powers (Tac, Sci, Eng) are on a 15-second system cooldown. You cannot reduce the cooldown below 15 seconds.

Three purple doffs would give you the same result. In fact, so would two purple doffs.
