I've gave you sometime to adjust it, but it's still not right. Season 6, with the fleet base was a good move, even if it had some flaws. It made people more active and playing a more in fleet. Season 7 have anger a lot of peoples. So, now there is less peoples playing and when they do, me include, they mostly play alone to get all the marks they need for the personal reputations. I have 3 level 50 characters on the Federation side and I cannot keep the pace. I haven't played my Klingon characters in month already because we were focus on the federation base. Forget it now, I could not even help for the base. The most choking part is to have to start from scratch for the Omega force reputation, even after countless STF, pre season 7.

And everything cost dilitium now, so peoples keep it for them. Even energy credits have become a problem with all we need to buy for the reputation missions. So, we have fewer people playing, those who play play alone, they keep all they get for themselves, for the new reputation system and the base is stalled. We are a small fleet, our starbase is only tier 2 and now it's stalled. And don't even mention the embassy! I sincerely hope that you will fix it sooner then later or I will have to search for a new fleet or maybe just a new game. Season 7 make me regret my choice of the lifetime subscription I took in march. Because as it go now, I'm not sure that I will play 20 months, 15$/month x 20 = 300$ of the lifetime.
