I am not trying to be a jerk but... please read the patch notes! Just looking at the first 12 posts a good 1/3 of them are answered in the patch notes for last week.

Please take a few minutes to scan over the patch notes and save the time and effort of the tech support team to answer and solve the real bugs.

People in this game gripe about bugs not getting fixed but can you really blame them? A good chunk of the "bugs" people drown them with are simple fixes explained in the patch notes or not really a bug at all.

To me it is much easier to simply scan the patch notes while the client patches so i know what to expect. Or if i have a problem with a certain ability or function quickly scan the notes for mention of that related item.

I am sure if we would look and think before we panic things would be a lot less stressful.
