The wall mounted artifact in the final room of Web Access (New Romulus). I translated it (F) and the next option is to read it (F).. but am I missing a cutscene or a dialogue box - it doesn't seem to do anything.

Has anyone experienced something different here?

Have you already had that monument on a previous run through the caves? They are random when you do them and for me, the last three times I ran it, it gave me ones that I already had from previous runs.

You can simply check your accolades to see if you have already recieved it.

Yeah, it's quite annoying that they did that in the first place. It's random what you get, making it a large pain to actually finish that accolade at all.
