When did you send in your tickets? Tickets have a 1-3 day response time, and that's if everything is running smoothly and there aren't any unexpected spikes in tickets or backlogs.
Also, reports about programming issues and such generally are not replied to personally. That's just how things roll.
There is no phone number to contact general customer support, sadly. There is a billing support number but they will not do any sort of support not billing related (ZEN issues, payment provider issues, and the like).
