My vote goes for the only Captain I liked in Enterprise... Shran, the bad-ass Andorian.

Braxton.

He seems like a good man (or, really, men) with a tragic side.

He got lost on 20th century Earth for nearly 3 decades. He was faced with a future self whose career and life was ruined by Janeway's time travel antics. And while Starfleet tried to re-integrate him, they could never heal all the mental scars of the paradoxes he bacem involved in. Out of a sense of duty, he agreed to stand trial for crimes his future self committed.

Tempus Fugate, Captain Braxton. Tempus Fugate.
R.I.P. Caspian Division.
An expensive lesson that one compromised account can undo the hours of work and hundreds of dollars spent in good faith by a fleet.
