I searched over the forum and could not find anything recent concerning this accolade and its rewards. The main thing I am looking for obviously is the way in which I can claim my opposing faction Bridge Officer.
Another question, though not as important to me, is the accolade states I now have DS9 voting rights. I have no idea what that is and why it would benefit me.
Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The Voting Rights thingy is very out-dated and IMO useless...
I'm not even sure that the Admiral on DS-9 is even still there. (used to be on the balcony).
I've forgotten how to get the BO, sorry.

I Really Do Miss the little TOP Button at the bottom of the threads.
To get your opposing faction Bridge Officer, talk to the Ambassador in the Admiral's Office of ESD for Feds, or talk to the Nausicaan in the Barracks.
There is no voting any longer.
Thank you all for the responses. I was able to get my opposing faction boff. I asked in ESD chat which one I should get...the Orion, the Nausicaan, or the Gorn. Overwhelmingly, people yell Orion Slave Girl. Kind of hilarious...so I went with the Nausicaan.
