I am trying to claim a tier V reward of the Elite scorpion hangar pet and it requires 10 blue/rare Engineering or Operations Duty Officers. I go to buy these duty officers from the market and cannot contribute them to my project. I am stuck here. Anyone have a clue how to fix this issue. Am I purchasing the wrong type of DOFF.

Its 10 white ones. The Tier 5 Distress Call seems to need a blue one though.

I have same question. I Buy every blue operations and almost every engineer and nothing

Likewise on the TIII Romulan Strike Force, I can't contribute two uncommon Doffs to the mission, they aren't bound or anything.

Been on STO since Beta and a fully fledged veteran with the scars to prove it.

If blue or green don't work, then try white ones.
