They are just lazy, there is no laws that forbid Europeans or another people from winning prizes, it just takes a little effort on behalf of the organizers to get it done. So while I'm sure it's nice to hide behind the

is there any possibility to delete my account on this site? i wanted to take on the sweepstake but only after registration i find out that it is only for USA a Canada people. this is a bad policy and i can only imagine what comes next.
