Hey gang!

A little later on today we will be rearranging some things on the forums.

The Holodeck forum will be being merged into Ten Forward. Ten Forward will be the new destination for all role-play, fan fic, fan art, and introduction threads!

We will also be merging the General Any Topic and Star Trek Universe forums into one new forum called Non STO Discussion. This will be the new off topic thread for anything not related to STO.

I'm also working on a little something for all the Fleets hanging out in Fleet Registration Station! It is our hope that this exciting change will be ready to go live later this week! I'm really excited about this change, and I think you're all going to be as well!

Does this have anything to do with why forum signatures aren't allowing some coding any more?

Hmmm... I actually do not like that idea. Specifically with merging the Star Trek Discussion and General Any. I think there's clearly a different place needed for talking about Star Trek lore and talking about Michael Jackson respectively.

Yep, I don't see the point of that change. Maybe I'm blind.

May we ask what has sparked this change in forum layout? because it seems like 10 forwards gonna get a little too crowded

It seems to me that we shouldn't be combining areas but instead making new ones. Like one for politics. I want to talk politics..
