You have a good color scheme going that works with your character and is not excessively glaring. It's also very appropriate, color-wise, for winter camouflage. You also seem, with your bandolier and scarf, to have downplayed the aspect of the short winter jacket that bothered me the most on KDF characters: its very human appearance (which I think was drawn from the Star Trek movie era). In "real" life I'm not sure how having the bandolier over the top of the scarf would be for your character; I suspect it would be pulling at his neck. But overall, a pretty good job.

Here I am in my most formal uniform (my favorite creation). I was aiming for a look that would be convincingly "military" to the eye and not as much of a "pajama uniform" as some of the Trek uniforms we see:
The colours are clean and sharp, but not too crazy about the white. Also, I think the belt buckle is too big and fancy. The Jupiter one would look better. Overall it looks ok but it's not my cup of tea.
I like the colors, but the uniform is very simple. I guess that's OK. Really wish you could do a bright yellow, but you've got to work with what you've got. 7/10
