Is the Projectile Weapons Officer's ability to reduce a torpedo's recharge time not meant to work with the Hargh'Peng Torpedo Launcher? Last night I slotted two purple PWOs and ran a handful of STFs with an HTL loaded fore and aft, but I never noticed the 5s time savings (and I was watching for it specifically).

Is this intentional, a bug, or just an incredible run of bad luck preventing the proc?

more then likely just bad rolls on the proc, i know the torp doffs do reduce the cd on 'Peng as i've used them together previously.

The doffs will reduce the harpeng torp cool down... however it does not work like every other torp... The peng can only be reduced a total of 1 time.

Meaning if you get one proc you will reduce it by 5s (if you run purple). That is the best it can have though... meaning extra procs or procs from other launchers do not effect it like other longer cool down torps. As far as I know this is by design. So the best you can get on that torp with a proc is 7s instead of 12s

Nothing effects that torp it's meant to be that way. It the same resin why you can't use spread of HY on ot
