I tried into the hive on normal mode.ground mission.
This mission is impossible to do.
Devs this is no fun if a mission can not be done, please make them alot easier to do.
I bet theres not many who do these borg missions,as they are far to difficult to do.

while it is hard, certainly harder than all the other stfs, it is far from impossible. period. The game is far too easy anyway.
get advice on tactics and gear necessary to do it, get a good grp and you will succeed, a PUG won't.

A challenge is one thing,but something being impossible to do is another.

It is possible on Normal and Elite, I've managed both, however it seems very buggy and more often than not the Queen will take a swan dive off the side and be untargetable, forcing you to reset the encounter by dying, which after a while gets particularly annoying, especially when you're on the final phase.

Needs fixing.

Team missions are moly as differcult as the people playing with you make it. Hive is tough but a good team, well equipped and working together can beat itt. Pls no more nerds to stf's

In the normal one I did it took my group 6 times to defeat the queen, mostly because most of us died during the cutscenes.

if it is too hard or even impossible for you or other people that is one thing, it is certainly doable for people who invest time and brainpower into it.
It is too hard for farming your omega marks, no doubt...but it is NOT impossible hard. It is a mission i would advice to never PUG, but with a grp of capable people that spend some time into informing themselves about tactics and getting the equipment needed, it is just another stf.
knowledge and experiance is the key to this stf. If you do not want to involve yourself that deep into this game you shouldn't expect to clear all endgame content, since it is not made for all players, only for those with enough dedication and time for it.
The mission itself is not even necessary to get to the highend equipment, so no real need for a nerf hammer.

Fix it before thinking about nerfing it at least.

very tough is not the same thing as impossible.
