I'm not sure where this goes, so if it's in the wrong place could an Admin please move? I've used the PWI prepaid cards pretty frequently, but today whenever I try to use some it says "unknown error" on each of the cards I have. Any suggestions? Is the billing system down or something? I noticed a lot of lag time on the sites.
