Recently I have noticed something very OP that is killing in me.

DAMAGE.

The little numbers that fly up and hurt my shields and then my hull.

really i don't like the fact that this damage is killing me.

nerf it asap thanks.

Sounds like an allergy. I think STO needs to sell Epi-pens for it.

healing potential is like twice as strong as damage potential. even with the rep system

Why so serious?

I realize this isn't the thread for serious suggestions but... I wouldn't mind a bit of an experiment to determine the effects of diminishing returns on stacking Tac damage consoles. This already happens with Eng resistance consoles. The general theory being that it might incentivize greater weapon build diversity (I don't like the emphasis on only energy builds). It might also level out or equalize the damage potential of ships with fewer Tac console slots and those with more. Obviously an adjustment like this might end up to further adjustments in the buffs from some consoles but I feel it warrants some attention anyway:p.

Just don't expect it to happen without a complete revamp of healing top to bottom.

I am still running the full borg set from S6 and I stay a live much longer than I should. Damage needs a de facto buff or healing needs a little nerf.

if they nerf damage can they nerf healing and crowd control too ???
