I love the Breen ship. Sucker is a nasty brute for my KDF Capt. And I thought the Klingon ships was nasty.

Packing Polaran Beam arrays, Polaran Duel Beams, Polaran Dual cannons, and transphasic rapid reload torpedoes, one being the cluster torpedo/mine combo. I used what the ship came with, just upgraded the weapons.

I went on a test run on the explore the clusters missions. I ate up a Romulan Warbird with no problems. And the other ships as well. Doing that race was really worth it. Got a heck of a ship.

As part of the agreement to use the Breen ship. My Breen is the #1 tactical officer while the ship is in use. I can see why the Breen is something to be feared of.

Hehe, I had a fun run Tric bombing the heck out of some Borg cubes in a Red alert. I managed to feed two Dispersal pattern Beta 3s to the Unimatrix ship before it went down.

The Transphasic Mines are a brilliant idea, I also just put some on to try out and it is really fun in addition to the Cluster Torpedoes. I see some really nice builds here in this thread, great to see a lot of variety.

I tried the trans mines and found the trics with beta 3 way nastier.

....I wonder how tractor mines and beta 3 would work with this ship siphoning and DHC'ing.

Mine uses:

TT1, CSV1, APO1, APO3
Spread 1, CSV1
EPtS1, A2SIF1
EPtS1
HE1, ST2, GW1

Weapons:
Fore: 1x DHC, 2x DC, Quantum Torp
Aft: 4x Turret
all energy weapons Polaron

Eng Consoles: Assimilated Module, Breen Energy Dissipator, SIF Generator
Sci Consoles: Field Generator, Particle Generator, Emitter Array
Tac Consoles: 4x Polaron Phase Modulator

I'd like to get the Kinetic Cutting Beam in place of a turret and DHCs in place of the DCs, but the DCs are [Borg]. Got 4.8k DPS in my last ISE run, despite a death and spending some time typing instead of shooting.

It's here as well, if that's easier to read: http://www.stoacademy.com/tools/skil...Sussnni04_2511

Weapons:

Fore: 3x Fleet AP DHC XII + Romulan Exp. Plasma Beam Array (for 0 power use)
Rear: 1x Fleet AP Turret XII + Rom Plasma Torp + Omega Torp + Borg Cutting Beam

This enables me to use this like a normal tac escort - race in taking down their shields using the cannons, then swing turn and race away firing the plasma torps as I turn and prepare for another strafing run.

BoFF Slots:

Torp High Yield 1 + Cannon Rapid Fire 1 + Attack Pattern Omega 1 + Cannon Rapid Fire 3
Tac Team 1 + Cannon Scatter Volley 1
Tac Team 1
Polarize Hull 1 + Science Team 2 + Feedback Pulse 2
Engineering Team 1 + Emergency Power to Shields 2

Nice range of cannon settings there for the strafe... only have high yield torps tho which is a shame (tho since they do seek your current/new target have proved very useful still)... plus have ET for manual hull repair when needed & ST/EPtS to help keep the shields up. FP2 was VM - still trying to work out the best L3 Sci power for that slot!!

Consoles/Gear:

MACO XII Set

Red Matter, Subspace Field Modulator, Shield Battery / Peregrine Fighters

Eng: Tachyonic Converter, SIF Generator XI, Neutronium Alloy XI
Sci: Zero-Point Energy Conduit, Borg Assimilated Module, Field Gen XII
Tac: Automated Point Defence Unit, 3x Antiproton Mag Regulator XI

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This build is getting 3 set bonuses:
Maco XII
Borg Weapons set
Romulan Weapon set

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Totals:

Power Transfer Rate: 223%

Bonus Accuracy: 15%
Base Critical Chance: 8.9% (Cannons avg. 9%, Torps avg. 13%)
Base Critical Severity: 66.8%

Hull: 49,665
Shields: 10,332 per facing

16.3% Kinetic Resist, 21.5% all other dmg resist.

Borg Cutting Beam
Omega Torp

Assimlated Modulte, Leech, Neutronium XI Blue
Breen, Zero Point, Field Generator XI Blue
2x XII Plasma Consoles, 2x XII Plasma Projectiles

(All VR)

Here is my present Breen Warship set-up:

Full Mk XII Borg set
Forward Weapons: Romulan Hyper-Plasma Torpedo Launcher + 2 Plasma DHC's + Omega Plasma Torpedo Launcher
Aft Weapons: 3 Plasma Turrets + 1 Kinetic Cutting Beam
Devices: Red Matter Capacitor, Subspace Field Modulator
-Consoles-
Engineer: 1 Tachykinetic Converter, 1 Rule 62 Multipurpose Combat Console, 1 Zero Point Energy Conduit
Science: Breen Energy Dissipator, 1 Field Generator, 1 Borg Univeral Assimilated Module
Tactical: 4 Plasma Infusers

DOFFS: 3 AP Conn DOFFS + 2 Projectile Weapon DOFFS (if you want more torps, switch the two numbers)

Bonus Accuracy = 25.8%
Critical Chance = 8.9%
Critical Severity = 66.8%

I've been testing out the Romulan Experimental Beam Array in place of the Omega Torpedo Launcher, but in all honesty I have not been impressed. The Omega Launcher seems to be more consistent since it deals full damage at all ranges.

Consoles:
Eng: RCS Accelerator, Emergency Force Fields, SIF Generator
Sci: Biofunction Monitor, Field Generator, Breen Energy Dissipator
Tac: Directed Energy Distribution Manifold, Warhead Yield Chamber, Polaron Phase Modulator, Transphasic Compressor

Boff Layout:
