A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I used to record STO with Fraps with little to no lag, but when I tried recording my Romulan character creation, the game lagged horribly. I am thinking it is the new interface now. Mssing with the graphic options doesn't help, either. When I stop recording, the game runs normally. Is there anyway to help this?
