Are the ultra rare scorpion fighters from the T5 rep a consumable or an unlock that we can use over and over again? I'd like to make them but if they aren't like the peregrins, then I'm not going to waste my time.

They are hangars, just like any other fighter hangar. You need a carrier (Armitage, Atrox, Vesta, Vo'Quv, Kar'fi, Marauder Flight Deck Cruiser) to use them.

Obtaining them is broken for now. You are unable to donate the DOFFs.

Not true. I have them. It is just mistaken - you need white doffs, not green ones.

Negative, they just take common (white) doffs; not the uncommon (green) they claim.

Those new rommy hangar fighters are basically mobile torpedo platform. Combine it with Rommy hyperplasma torp and you're gonna get plasma torpedo rain.

It looks awesome!
