I logged in today after 2 months hiatus, and all of my boff powers are gone from my ui. Ok, I'll have to reassign them, I thought, but no, they don't show up in the powers window "P". This means I don't have access to cannon rapid fire, or high yield torp etc, which is a game breaker. I looked at my ticket today but there wasn't one, do I repeatedly submit new tickets or can I assume they just get deleted and not looked at?

Make sure they are actually assigned to the Bridge Slots...

You might have to Re-Assign them, pop them out and back in again...

That fixed it the last time it happened to me.

Ok, I had trouble reassigning them before, I hope that's sorted now. I'll try your suggestion.
