Today, I find out that one of the people who joined us in transferring to this new fleet has emptied our fleet bank, kicked everyone from the fleet, and disbanded it. I will be reporting her later, as soon as I get in game, but that will have to be after work.

In the meantime, can anyone offer us any hope that this might be resolved in a positive way, or are we just doomed to have to start over... again?
First just wanted to say how much I know this sucks for you guys and I hate you all are going thru it. Do you know why the person did it? Not that it matters I guess since the damage is done. If there's anything I can do to help you guys out, short of getting back your fleet, myself along with the rest of my fleet is at your service... @stewie1701

What are you even saying?

That people shouldn't commit evil acts in a game because there's "good" people who are totally psychotic murderers?

He is saying if you behave like scum (stealing , betraying people , etc)

Expect the REALLY dangerous people who make you look like a 5 year old girl stealing cookies to get mad

Remember there is always someone more evil , more dangerous or more crazy than you
(even if you are leader of a cult)

If you steal you can't complain when another criminal hits you with a rock and takes your stolen goods

if you destroy a fleet you can't complain if someone destroys yours

if you behave like a jerk you have no right to moan if someone smacks you in the nose for it

Wow, take a chill pill pal.

What you may not know is that the world is full of nutters, you never know who they are and on the surface they may appear normal individuals, "he always kept himself to himself and seemed quite pleasant" is often quoted. These people are often incredibly resourceful and if they feel attacked in any way can seek vengeance. To them the boundaries between real life and a game may be non-existant or blurred. You just never know who it is you are screwing over, people have been murdered for game crimes like this.

So before you start insulting people you don't know, learn something about the real world sonny.

What you may not know is that this is irrelevant and I stand by my last statement.
You just supplied further proof.

It is exactly relevant and your diametrically opposed view in the face of obvious supporting evidence just goes to prove how stubborn some people are when their arguments are shown to be null and void.

If you commit a crime in real life you may and probably will face consequences, if you do the same in a game that to some is the most important part of their life, then you may also face consequences dependant upon the nature of the person offended.

My original post was merely to point out that I would be wary of taking part in this kind of activitiy as you can never really be sure who you are attacking and the nature of that person.

This^, The point is that some people don't have the emotional maturity to play video games. Ironic isn't it? Of course this goes back to that hit someone posted a link about earlier. That: http://www.computerandvideogames.com...-incorporated/ was a bunch of theives and assassins killing each other. That sort of thing is an integral part of EVE. not this game....

EDIT: Sorry, all. This is going no where good fast and I think the thread has exhausted itself. -Brandon
