The players cannot make a Vic's in foundry. Still leaves it to Cryptic. Maybe as part of a re-make of the DS-9 fleet action? It'd be a place to start.

As of 5/21/13 KDF play much improved, and faction experience a great deal more fun. Now, about that KLINGON science ship we don't have, ONE new hair style is NOT satisfactory!
i doubt vic fontaine's program has lasted this long 26 hours a day for 40 years straight. it would be an excellent time waster playing poker, blackjack, and roulette with other players around a table and listening to vic singing, but then again you got many other websites to do that and youtube for music, so its not really needed. apart from that i dont see what else vic's could offer.
