just a heads up the Romulan Scoripon Fighters are gorked if you slot them on a Recluse Carrier, if you slot them for use in the Recluse Hangar Bays instead of launching 3 fighters it will launch 6... and then you end up (when you get 2 launches from each hangar) with 24 Scorpion fighters.... I hope Cryptic see's this and fixes it very soon as I am pretty sure this is NOT working as intended.....
I ran into this earlier tonight in a friendly PVP the recluse just rolled up and started spitting out Recluse fighters and it never stopped Raining Heavy Plasma Torps from the fighters....
until this gets fixed if I see a Recluse in PVP spitting out Scorpion Fighters I'm just leaving....

I've been away from STO for a while. Coming back, my scorpion fighters are docked in one of my slots but the icon is dim and I can't select them during combat. There are plenty of fighters/uses left in the module, and the same problem is happening with some but not all of my other modules.
Has something changed in the game in the last year? Anyone have any thoughts on what the problem might be?
Reskor, the scorpion consumable device/item was changed a couple months ago. I think you can now only launch them if you have an enemy selected and are within something like ~12KM, otherwise it will be grayed out as you said. I noticed that on mine a while back. Personally I think it's extremely stupid but I guess they probably did it to prevent people from accidentally using one of the charges.
Also lol @ Hangar spam. I take it this doesn't happen with the Atrox or any Klink carriers?
