Those are not warp Nacelles. Case in point, where is the blue glow if they were?

I think it'd be silly for them to go back and completely redo the Odyssey now after their much publicized contest and articles about the design in Trek magazine, and the Ent-F in game and now that it's been out for months, etc, etc.

However I do quite like this design. I think designers are often too conservative, too unwilling to break with Trek precedence when designing ships, so I like to see something a little crazier. I'd love to see this in-game, but as a new class.

They look like nacelles to me. You've been going on about how this isn't a "Trek" design and that no Trek fan would see it as such. Yet I and many others think it does.

There was no blue glow on the Connie either.

Dude, now I know you're trolling.

And BTW, both Consitutions did have blue glow with their nacelles.

How is disagreeing with you "trolling"?

I don't see any blue glow here or here.

Um, no. The original Odyssey had red nacelles. The refit didn't really have colored nacelles because they completely redesigned the engines. It's the JJ Abrams Exeter class that has blue nacelles.

I am aware that the JJ-prise is a different animal. However, my post was in reply to this one;

The discussion is about the Constitution class, not the Odyssey.
