Since the last update we received a few days ago, ive done Mine Trap twice without receiving any Romulan Marks. Ive sent in two tickets, no response.

You are being sure to wait for the game to generate the reward? It is not an instant reward like most of the missions, Mine Trap takes about 30 seconds after the mission is complete to reward the marks.
