does anyone know why i cant double click on stuff in my inventory or drag n drop into my ground ability's tray. i used to be able to double click on stuff and it would go straight in, now it wont

Press P. Items have never gone in the ability tray, instead items used straight from the inventory enable powers that can go in the tray. Same goes for equipped devices, with the added limitation that their power only shows up when they're equipped.
