JHAS-Jem Hadar Attack Ship. It has no flaws, no exploitable weaknesses, it's effective even against skilled players in other rides even when piloted by a total moron.
When one turns up in Arena, you know you'd better kill his buddies fast, because he's going to kill you and yours a LOT.
When one shows up in C&H, it's the same story-except that if you kill his buddies it better make it a long trip for him to move in to knock you out, and you'd best have someone sneaky moving around the map claiming anything that is un-tenanted while he's taking out your teammates.
I'll reiterate-the Bugship's so good, it requires neither intelligence, nor effort, to be dominant against pretty much every other ship in the game, regardless of build spec, toon spec, equipment, or mission type.
Now, of course, for the Lobi-enriched, it gains abilities that used to belong to individual captains via Consoles, and they're BETTER than the captain abilities because their cooldown's shorter, so now, it's not JUST a superior ship, it's a MUNCHKIN ship.

you don't need a station for sending mails with items, have full bank/exchange access and you have a ship with the balance between cruiser and a little bit (just a little bit) of an escort.

I have the Galor, the D'Kora, the Recluse, and the Wells and the Mobius.
Of these, I would say that the Wells is probably the weakest, despite it being the one I most wanted. Its console power is pretty mediocre, and its weapons and console loadout is very limited. Its bridge officer layout isn't bad, and gives you a lot of flexibility; enough so that I load it up with tactical boffs and run it as a tactical science ship- but other than that, it's fairly mediocre.
I would rank the Galor as second weakest. It has some definite advantages over a standard cruiser- turn rate and shields- which make it an excellent cruiser in its own right, but the bridge officer layout in my opinion is merely mediocre. It's not a bad ship at all, but it's also not a great one.
Next, I would say it's a toss-up between the D'Kora and the Recluse.
The D'Kora is very definitely a compromise ship. It plays those compromises well- notably the use of the battle mode and its ability to mount cannons- but as a cross between an escort and a cruiser it performs both tasks only reasonably and neither excellently. Still, in the hands of a competent captain, it can be a terror- nearly as deadly as an escort and nearly as tanky as a cruiser. The bridge officer layout is OK for this task, though probably not optimal. The bridge, on the other hand, is a great big plus.
On the other hand, the Recluse is a very different ship to fly and fight. Its basic fighters- the Windows- are garbage, as its console. But oh my god, that universal commander bridge officer slot. The Recluse's specs aren't great, but it's a reasonable upgrade from, say, the Atrox in every respect. In many ways, it is an excellent carrier but it has significant limitations- namely its very poor fighters and special abilities. Personally, I find it also suffers from being built much like a science ship in console layout and weapons layout, but that's because I'm a tactical captain and I don't really hold it against it.
The best ship I have so far, however, I would say is the Mobius. It's an excellent escort. The console is garbage, but the bridge officer layout is amazingly flexible for an escort and it has a very reasonable console layout, hull, and shields. The most major downside, other than the special console, in my opinion, is the +5 to Aux and +10 to weapons. It would probably be better with just +15 to weapons. Either way, it's a very very strong esecort. Perhaps not up to the level of the JHAS, but still certainly not objectionable at all.
The Recluse with Scorpion Fighters was pretty insane until they fixed how many Scorpion Fighters was launched. Basically, it had double the amount of Fighters to every other carrier that launched Fighters. Not sure how powerful Elite Scorpion Fighter's High Yield Plasma Torpedoes was compared to the player version, but having a ton of High Yield Plasma Torpedoes flying towards an enemy was certainly impressive.
