Obvious scam. No guarantee they will perform as promised once paid and even if they did, only a desperate fool would dish out a ton of ec for that kind of trick.

well i was in the market for a fleet before i saw this, but i'm relatively new and cant make new threads yet. this one sounded good just because it has windows and could probably be had for cheap, if its real.

ideally, i'm hoping to buy an abandoned tier 2 federation starbase. upgrades like windows, morn, fish, etc are a plus too. provisions and embassy status are not very important.

i'm ready to make a serious offer if someone has what i'm looking for...

Current fleet name is "for sale" and as far as price it is negotiable. Not in the 70-100 mil range. More like 300-? range. Keep in mind the windows alone were 200,000 dill.

As for the naysayers crying scam and the like. It's not and you'll just have to take my word on that. When deal is made winner will be invited to fleet and promoted to leader rank then I will be gone. Wish there was a way to sell it through exchange or some other more secure method but there isn't.

With that kind of money one would buy a bugship and another lockbox ship... much more than anything a starbase of this development stage has to offer.

yeah 300 is way off for what you have. i currently have one offer of an almost t2 base / almost t1 embassy for 60 mil. for 300 i'd probably expect a base thats well into t3, with a healthy amount of provisions, and some nice specials completed. but i doubt many bases at that level have been abandoned.
