So with the Ambassador finally, blessedly, coming out (also good call on not giving us just a useless T3 version like some folks were speculating you would).
How about these on deck next for Starfleet designs?
First up, the New Orleans class from Wolf 359 in The Best of Both Worlds. Some might not find her a beauty but I think it's an interesting scaled down Nebula-Galaxy hybrid. There's almost nothing to go on canonly (but when has that mattered in STO?) so I imagine this design predates the Akira and has a designated function similar to a real world Littoral Combat Ship, which would explain its presence defending Earth at Wolf 359.
In STO this could be the first ship that's a hybrid of all 3 types of ships...gets the power bonus of a cruiser, sensor analysis and turn rate like a science vessel, and those weapon pods mean it can equip cannons. Hell, you could even go with a 3/3/3 console layout and a LtCmdr of all three classes for the BOff layout and a universal Ensign slot (might be too powerful? lol)
Not sure about the Norway class from First Contact. I am not a fan of the low-detail models like this one and the Steamrunner but might be interesting for completeness. Seems to be an escort as they seem to have set this, the Akira, and the Steamrunner in the same neighborhood. I don't know if it would have anything special to it though.

I think they should try to eventually put everything that was seen on screen into the game in some capacity. I am not sure they all have to be flyable ships and I don't think that any of the remaining canon starfleet ships not in the game should be a big priority, because they are mostly very minor.
The one exception is the Constellation. It made multiple appearances on screen, including two episodes focused around a Constellation class ship.
That should be a priority. All they need to do is make a costume for the T-3 ship and fleet variant.
Given they just released the Steamrunner, the Norway surely isn't far behind. In fact, I could see her as a T2 ship along the Sabre and you gain the Norway skin for the Akira family and act she's a refit when you are T3 and again in T5.
Anyhow, someone should make a comprehensive list of Canonical ships that Cryptic has yet to do and when they release them, it gets scratched off the list.
