I slotted all my human boffs to see the effect of the fix. The obvious benefit so far is that getting VM'd by a D'drex without ET1 isn't as annoying any more.

However, I've yet to notice the bonus to Starship Hull Repair. I have 100 in that stat and slotted the 5 boffs, but HE1 still heals for crap on my Defiant. (I have 41 aux power after counting all my stats and gear bonuses) Its not reflected on the space stats either.

Am I missing something?

It affects Passive Hull Regeneration not Starhip Hull Repair.

The Leadership bonus stacks?

i have a Jem'Hadar Dreadnougt with 2 human boffs...

I also use a Borg Engineer, Liberated Borg Science officer, a Jem Hadar and a Klingon Tactical.

I'm new to the game and am trying to figure this stuff out on my own. I swapped to all human officers with Leadership space passive last nite. Each officer increased subsystem repair by +20 each. With 5 humans i got +100 to subsystem repair. My total is now 184. My hull regen was 279.4%/min.

So yes it's working fine and yes all 5 stacked.

So, its a good idea to have all 5 Boffs with Leadership...

I will need to do some major modifications to my Boff set. I need to get them all humans.
