In General, I love the work that was done with the ship. She's probably the most accurate canonical ship we have to date. But with some observation, I got some concerns.
Nacelles:
"Thicker" than the model.
Up higher on the pylon. The model has the center of the Nacelle even with the Saucer centerline, when from what I found, the Enterprise-C's nacelle top was even with the saucer centerline. And a bit lower with later varients.
Panel behind the Bussard Collector was yellow, did not glow Red or Blue.
Thrusters are indeed visible, but seems a bit small.
Notches on Leading and Trailing Edges of the Pylons don't appear very noticable. Guess with it being more skin, it was to save on geometry.
Neck:
Lower Armored Portion of the Neck (above the Engineering Hull connection), should be slightly more noticeable.
Neck has no Front Center Plate compared to the actual model. (Look at the Front). Geometry Issues?
No Neck Airlock on the model, but yet we use it in the new mission.
Saucer: Saucer Rim Windows are not correct.
Engineering Hull:
No Engineering Bay windows.
Too many Escape hatches on the underside (none were present forward of the bay windows).
No Escape Hatches above the Pylon connection on the Secondary Hull.
Neck Tapers into the spine, when that does not happen with the actual Model.
Legacy of Romulus? No, Lag-acy of Ran-u-Less.
I'm "That Guy".

Reason: Model Now Available and a Closer Look
Does anyone have any good references of the Enterprise-C herself? I know they lowered the warp nacelles in appearances afterwards, for what would have been the then current mid-late 24th century Ambassador-class starships, but didn't really notice how much by until I saw this post over on Doug Drexler's blog: http://drexfiles.wordpress.com/2009/...#comment-23106

Hard to find pictures of the Enterprise-C model before they modfied it. But from what I can tell the top of the nacelles were even with the saucer centerline with the Enterprise-C. While the STO model, the center of the Nacelles runs even with the Saucer centerline.
With the later Yamaguchi and Zhukov modifications, it was lower to where the centerline was more or less midway on the saucer bulge.
And part of the problem is that they modeled the Ambassador's Nacelles too thick, which messes up with the alignment.
Shouldn't the torpedo launcher be in the neck? (I think it's lit up in the pics from yesterday's enterprise) But some LCARS have right above the deflector. IMO on the neck like the galaxy would make more sense. I think it's on the hull above the deflector ingame (at least from what I saw in the customization screen), but either way the launcher is missing on the ship in Space Dock.
I've noticed something peculiar with the ship - if you fly the Enterprise-C or the Ambassador you get from the mission, the point of axis where you turn is too far back.
It makes the saucer feel as if there's no mass there.
