that have nothing to do with recent patches. or nearly nothing. pinging game server with 1500 byte packets,100 per sec and 0% packet drops, meaning network connectivity is just fine. its just the server cant handle so much users and dropping some of incoming data, most likely the slowest packets to arrive.
Don't expect a ping to tell you what the health of your connection to the STO servers, as 'ping' uses a different network connection protocol (ICMP/IP) then what your STO Client uses, (TCP/IP).

A more accurate test is to use the 'Net-Test' diagnostics, as described in this thread... http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/sh...d.php?t=225155

so even if my internet route to the server is not good, it's also the sto server.

Until today I never had issues with rubberbanding. Of course I haven't played evrey day STO has been live, just odd days over the last 3 years. Funny enough it's been going on for the last hour while trying to do "Fight For Your Right", but before that last couple missions went smoothly. Needless to say this is BS!!! Come on Cryptic/PW fix it.

Untill the 1st of February i didn't have any problems, but after the 1st, the game is lagging. I get a server not responding message every 5 10 minutes. Btw i am from Europe. I am starting to feel as i am inside a warp bubble where time moves slowly. Please some advice or a fix?
Thanks.

protocol dont realy matter, you can use tcp ping too if you wish
my point is, that its isnt realy connectivity problem, there isnt problem with bandwith. its just server load.
at themoment i start see there is login queue and problems start.
hell i played some online games with over 1500 ms latency and they was still playable no disconects, 200 ms delay on response is nothing. for example other pw game, perfect world,my latency nearly never go under 500 ms, and there is no real issues with it.

Unstable network code OR crappy servers, either way this developer sucks.
