Have you considered getting a Re-Loadable Debit Card?
Green Dot works for me (though it costs $6 bucks a month to use)
The new Blue-Bird Card is free of fees at this time.
Neither of these do a credit check and both are at Walmart if you have one nearby.

I Really Do Miss the little TOP Button at the bottom of the threads.
I have a 60 paid Time card i bought or got with the game cant remember. My questions now are
1. now the game is free what do u do with these cards
2.i cant seem to access the link www.startrek.com/gamecards comes up with invalid and have to go there to activate the card apperantley
