I'm unable to arrive at the login page for PWE's support in order to update a previously created in-game ticket, so I submitted a ticket to address the fact that I can't login in order to address my original ticket.
Technical Issue #2: Support ticket responders seem to have difficulty understanding the issue and give unrelated responses.
Technical Issue #3: My original ticket, created in-game 3 days ago. I would like the GMs to know that I am still interested in resolving the issue mentioned in that ticket.
Please do not post private communications on the forums as it's against the community rules to do so and thus why your post was edited.
You should also be getting their replies via e-mail as well to the e-mail account on file. You can directly reply to those and it'll update your ticket as long as you leave the subject line intact.

The answer to your number one is simple. The people you are actually talking to are volunteer geeks who like to help, but are mostly incompetent. PWE has no professional support to help you, and never will. I just hope you don't have a billing question, because then you get totally hung out to dry.
