For leveling purposes, I would like it if you could choose the order you do the Klingon, the Romulan, and the Cardassian series of missions.

You can only do one series at a time, but you get to choose the order you do them. I'm tired of the Klingon missions, but the Cardassian missions are kind of fresh for a lot of players, as many people hit 50 before completing this series (or even starting it).

For 2013? A Romulan Faction, of course!

Certain balance adjustments to space combat, explained elsewhere.

Better AI, at least on Elite, that is comparable to at least a basic player who knows what he's doing, with player-like ability numbers; in exchange, player-like hitpoints and damage numbers on everything of those NPC's.

More PvP maps that are more than mindless killing. Or even Open PvP zones like Ker'rat, but without bugs and embedded in a story that fits STO's overall history better. A 1v1 PvP queue, with a matching system.

In short...fix what is really broken:

1-KDF needs a lot of content. Looks like an unfinished faction that was rushed upon 3 years ago prior to even Beta.
2- Nerf grinding since we all tired of so much reputation grinding...At least bring down the requirements for each tier much lower (Fleet,embassy, rom and Omega)
3- If it aint broken why fix it. Example: FOUNDRY. Less than six months there were two patches that caused massive complaint from people. The 15 min per mission limit is understandable but why changed passive traits to "active". Are you trying to alienate most foundry players... if you need to fix why dont they get their priorities and FIX the many glitches with game content in both FED/KDF rather than make people's play more difficult.
