Ok, I haven't been able to find this anywhere, sorry if the answer is right in front of me and I'm missing it.
Can you equip multiples of the fleet embassy consoles? I have one of each, hull/shield/plasma proc on my ship, but I have a fourth slot and the mk Xs give a better rating than the blue mk XI standard consoles I'm using.
