The Jem'Hadar Attack Ship pets (especially the advanced) outperform the scorpion's from romulan reputation in raw damage potential
The Wide angle quantum is the perfect torpedo for this boat, but the build will fly just fine with something else there, good choices are the bio neural warhead, standard quantum torpedo, or temperal disruption device
If you do use a 'special' torpedo in place of the wide angle adjust bridge officer abilities and DOFF's to reflect that
This build as has a small arc on each side that allows a full beam broadside + torpedos, use this arc as much as you possibly can
If I had extra science boffs I would probably run two copies of hazard emitter 1 and a copy of transfer shield strength 2, but I use the double hazard emitter setup on another ship
Your mileage may vary, but this is hands down my favorite ship for most PVE enviroments
Currently this is my setup:
3x Romulan DHC, Romulan Hyper Torp
2x Romulan Turret, KCB
Omega shield (for extra turn rate)
Adapted Maco Deflector
Adapted Maco Engine
Tachyokinetic, Zero Point, Assimilated Module, RCS console
Fleet -thr shield emitter, field generator
3x Plasma Infuser, 1x Ambiplasma Envelope
2x Elite Scorpions
LT Uni: Tactical Team, Torpedo High Yield
Com Tac: Tactical Team, Attack Pattern Beta, Torpedo Spread, Cannon Scatter Volley
Lt. Com Tac: Torpedo Spread, Cannon Scatter Volley
Lt. Com Eng: Emergency to Shields, Emergency to Shields, Aux to Struct
Ens Sci: Hazard Emitters
This is pretty much the only ship I fly anymore. I find the dreads crew takes care of a lot of the repairs just by themselves. Two tactical teams and two EPTS means your shields can take one hell of a beating before they go down. I like having torp spreads for the hyper torpedo, because torp spread means more hyper torpedos flooding the field. Plus if your DHC's tend to kill off all the small things after a torp spread hyper, you've now got a billion hyper torpedoes heading for the big guy. Cannon scatter volley is more useful to me than CRF. Mostly because AOE tends to be a bit better in most situations.
I like to fly my dread like a dread. You sit still, siege the hell out of a target, and if anything becomes annoying, sick your fighters on em. This is definitely my favorite ship in the game.
Much like Overmaximusmax, I mostly use her as a siege ship. While I get 13-14 turn even before APO or Evasive Maneuvers (mostly so I can actually get my cannons on target, especially Borg trash in STFs), the most damage is done by cruising into range, heaving to, and then opening up with everything cannon while the fighters go off and blow up **** (the Elite Scorps are especially good for this).
This is quite different from how I outfitted my Recluse (plasma beams/torps, mostly for broadsiding and torpedo volleys) but in some ways, it's much more satisfying.
If I had to compare it to anything, I would probably compare it to flying a D'Kora Marauder in a cannon configuration, and I play it accordingly. Do everything you can to maximize your cannon time on target and let your heavy hull and shields take most of the beating for you.
I'd like an extra point of turn to make it equivalent to the Kar'fi in that sense, but she's not half bad this way.

No, unfortunately they do not. At least not if your utilizing your carrier properly, which means lowering launch times about as low as they can go(good Aux and 3x purple Flight Deck Doffs). The HY1 Plasmas of newly launched Elite Scorpions every 6-7 seconds far outstrips the damage potential of the Adv Jem'hadars.
Don't make the mistake of wasting resources on the attack ships.

I have tested 1 hanger of the Elite Scorpions directly vs 1 hanger of Jem'hadar attack ships (bug ship, not the fighters) running my third hanger officer and the jem'hadar ships came out ahead.
To be fair this was against a shielded target, so the anti proton sweeps, while not extremely powerful, did play a role. The scorpions are probably still the most raw damage vs unshielded targets simply due to the raw number of torpedoes. I will have to test that and see.
Thanks everyone, not much support for loading the Jem'hadar Attack Ship. Please keep the comments going I'm still intrested in reading all about this ship. I do like and I fly it most of the time in between flying my MVAM and Steamrunner. Dis did se that most did not buy the Jem'hadar full upgraded space set from the Lobi store, Why not buy or load it?

I have it, but it's very expensive. The benefits that I mostly take advantage of (over the Mk XI version) is +2.5 weapons power, +5% polaron damage, and +11 power insulators. That's not bad, but is it worth 200 lobi (which is probably the equivalent of 50m EC)? Eh, not unless you have the lobi to spare.
Personally I am undecided as to whether or not the Mk XII Jem'Hadar shield is better than the MACO Mk XII shield. The Jem'Hadar shield has less regeneration (173.4 compared to 199.4 base) and less capacity (5224 compared to 7,775.9, at least according to stowiki), and I like the [plas] and power conduit link of the MACO.
But with the Jem'hadar, you get +10 kinetic resistance, antiproton sweep, and Victory is Life.
So far, I've stuck with the MACO shield and the two piece + MACO seems to work well enough.
