Thanks SO MUCH for all your support, and we'll see you in-game!
well fingers crossed a few delta races went extinct.... failing that.. I can see the son of him and seska taking over leading the kazon to the alpha quadrant.. later joining the true way as cannon fodder.

Devs have said that they want to expand into Delta and Gamma Quadrants, and Delta would be first. I'd imagine the Kazon would have to be involved in anything that happens out there.
There is a stable wormhole to the Gamma Quadrant, it just seems like a better idea to start there.
We know very little about that area beyond the Founders and the Jem'Hadar.
Problem there, we know about the Founders and the Jem'Hadar entirely too much, and they're right on the other side. We currently have a my side-your side treaty with the Dominion that they've respected fairly well (they aided in the removal of the 2800 at a price, and the only Jem'hadar we fight in the game that aren't the 2800, True Way, or New Link is in the Rapier mission, in which a Federation ship was accused of violating that treaty.
The Delta Quadrant, however, our most recent information is that it's a disorganized mess of small regional powers with few large empires, most of whom were far behind Federation technology. A potential goldmine of allies where most potential enemies are solidly outclassed.
With various transwarp technologies already mastered it's a long but not impossible trip, and with transwarp gates it could be made nearly instant.
There is also an unstable wormhole to the Delta Quadrant that could be made stable by some breakthrough technology. Build a starbase at the Alpha Quadrant end and, bam! DS9 II.

You forgot the Barzan Wormhole. While it was obviously further destabilized in Voyger, I recall in the Path to 2409 that it was restabilized and used to travel across the galaxy. (After all we got Diplomatic missions with the Ocampa and such. )

Knowing Cryptic, it will be like this:
The son of Seska overthrew his father, Maje Cullah, and took control of the Kazon-Nistrim. From there, the Kazon-Nistrom used guile and trickery to conquer the other Kazon sects. After the "unification" of the Kazon sects, the newly formed Kazon Empire expanded to conquer other worlds beyond their space, such as the taking of Talaxia from the Haakonian order.
The Ocampa have long ran out of power that was supplied by the Caretaker and was forced to the surface, most of which were taken as slaves by the Kazon. A small population remained underground and has managed make contact with the newly returned Federation, which helped them create a stablized ecosystem for their underground city and offered aid to repair the damage to their ecosystem.

Where in the Path to 2409 is that? Someone mentioned it before but I couldn't find it referenced.
I would just love to see the Kazon added to STO. I have a Prometheus MVAE, a Galaxy-X, and a Bortasqu' War Cruiser and three captains that are itching to open a can of whoop-ass to a bunch of hillbilly space pirates with an entitlement complex.
