***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

Just to satisfy my curiosity...anyone tried it? Wondering if it's viable for end game PVE at all.

viable, if you have an excellent build and skill playing it, but far from optimal in my opinion.

In PvP fine, because you have the opportunity to clear buffs of target before you land lance. In PvE -> there are better ships.

I wouldn't do it personally. The Galaxy-X has more Tactical ability than Science. If you want a cruiser though as a Sci captain use the Ambassador. It's basically the Galaxy-X just flip flopping the lt. commander boff stations.
