"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I'm not normally one to complain about new updates unless I find it very irritating... The latest patch has blurred the uniforms on Fed toons. The only ones that don't seem to be affected are the TNG-movie uniforms. Almost everything else Fed-side seems to be affected. Not sure about the KDF side
Try setting the video memory limit under troubleshooting settings in the video tab to something like 512 MB, or whatever your video card has available.
This is an issue they knowingly pushed to Holodeck. Reduce your AntiAliasing enough and it will stop downgrading the textures due to a memory leak in Cryptic's sloppy coding.
