How do you sell Fleet Marks, I didn't realize they were transferable?

If someone explains how I can do this, I might buy some, I don't really use my EC for anything except protype turrets via Duff missions.

he means that he wants you to pay him to donate his fleetmarks to your fleet.

That's not exactly how it works dude, you earned the marks, they go to YOUR fleet, you can't just dip out of your fleet to sell something that should be donated, you got those marks because you donated time to your fleet. the price should be 0.00EC after you join the fleet and STAY THERE to do your part.
