I'll give you a bump, but also give everyone some food for thought. With the increase of fleet marks coming from pretty much everywhere (Colony +30, Incursion +30, Fleet Alert +30, Defera hards are now 60) the price per mark should be drastically reduced.
As I have said before, if the 5K EC per mark was based on 50 FM from the IOR completed every 30 minutes - then 100 FM per hour = 500K EC. A run in Defera takes about 20-30 minutes, so for comparative sake lets say 30 minutes to complete all 4 hards in Defera. This will now give me 240 FM in 30 minutes. Bringing down the 5K EC per FM to about 1.1K per FM. Your 10K, or even 9K per FM is way too high. But, con is this is only once per day per toon.
Further comparison by completing Colony, Incursion, and Fleet Alert - usually a min of 50 each, all can be completed in about 30 minutes, so there's another 150 in 30 minutes. Making about 1.75K per FM. - and these are repeatable every 30 minutes, just like IOR. Even with a bad team, you're pretty much guaranteed 30 in each of these.
We understand you have worked hard to aquire these marks, however sometimes holding onto something of value, means a loss of value down the road, not always an appreciation.
