In that thread, it's stated that players were having issues with either flickering skyboxes, or the sudden abrupt "clipping" of background textures in various space maps. It boggles the mind, that over a year later, these issues are persistent, as I have been encountering numerous maps that have flickering skyboxes and clipped textures.
It is not an issue with my hardware or graphical settings, as "most" maps appear just fine. The issue appears primarily when I run Exploration Cluster missions, but has also appeared in various other maps as well lately.
In a related note (since this thread aims to encompass ALL current graphical issues), I have been forced to turn off shadows since they too appear to "flicker" from time to time. I suspect whatever underlying issue is the cause of the flickering space maps, may include the shadows.
I would like to know, if there has been any movement on actually FIXING these sort of graphical issues. Last update from Mr Taco himself, was on August 29th, 2012.

After not hearing a word at all on this issue in 6 months, it appears to me that the stance is...
"Sorry, can't reproduce the problem. You're all stuck with the problems for now."
While digging for possible solutions I find this very disturbing, did someone come up with a solution finally? This even occurs while I'm using the better DX 11 setup on my new graphics card in my new computer. What gives?
