Science ships have too much turn-rate, they are not escorts, nor are they cruisers and should be the slowest ships, as they are weighed down by science equipment... Like positron scanners, gas emitters, and dual chroniton infused plasma relays.
The F2P patch made all that equipment useless. So we dumped it all out the airlock. HOLY Q man.. you have no idea how much that boosted our turn rate!
So the only option is to reduce the turnrate of science vessels to around 0.5 to 1.5.
They also have far too much hull, they should have a maxium of 10k hull.
Of course, of course. Then again, if we use that logic then escorts, which less than half the mass of a science ship, should have around 3k hull.
So far tonight I've seen a nerf escort, cruiser and now a nerf science thread. Why can't some of you players just realize you not as an elite player as you think you are, take your loses and move on.
Maybe some of you should check out the math behind the turn rates and see what affects some of them to make them better.
Given the deadpan sarcasm ITT so far, I can't tell if you're serious or not. That link is woefully outdated. Aux no longer affects turn, it makes no mention of inertia, the skill trees have since been revamped, etc...
