Now that the server status is marked as "UP" the patching now works. It must default to that error when the server is down? That could be fixed

I have two preorder codes entered into my account and the graphic on the front page for Open Beta still says "
"Click Here" I have heard that others say accepted is this a problem?

any news on this? it's been hours and my closed beta account still hasn't been changed to open and the support tickets are still not active.

can you specify a timeframe for "shortly"?

I have the same issue, and clicking the ticket link refers me back to the front page (regardless if I'm using Firefox or IE).
