# 1 Server Issue

I activated my Beta Key and received an email as a response.

I then downloaded the game client software.

I then input my user name and password and received the message at the bottom saying "Account error, please contact billing supports.

I know that open beta starts tomorrow but I have read somewhere else that I should be able to do the patch and log into the game but not be allowed access at that point. I am concerned now that the message I received means there is an issue with my account. Is the error message I am receiving something I need to look into or are other people getting the same thing?

The Holodeck login system is currently down for maintenance. Just be patient, if you have the latest version it should only be a 14mb patch tomorrow.

Ah, Ok, thank you. I just wanted to make sure something unusual wasn't happening. I'll be patient for a few more hours, cross my fingers and see what happens.
