Here is one that I find very funny, Bug reporting is bugged, no ticket ID # shows after reporting, only an error msg in the chat box.
So clearly there is no point in using it ATM, my advice is maybe spam them with emails, but make sure that your first line in your email asks that they escalate the email right away, as most of the GMs just copy and paste a canned msg and hit reply, and more than likely don't even read your email.
Missions that start with much fewer then what is listed and needed. Just had back to back Romulan Mine Trap missions with less than 15 players in it when it lists 20 for it and the rewards are terrible as a result of not enough players. Also bugs that prevent some building from being repaired does not help.
